Is it ppssible to export all tickets from jira for almost ayear period?

Hi, community!

I need to export a big amount of tickets from jira, more then 8 k. Is it possible specifically for this amount of people ( more then 1k, in my case 8 k) and how it can be done?

Hi @Vera Valshonok , 

for those kind of exports where I'm well over the 1000 issues limit, I use a Google Sheet connector to extract the data from Jira : https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/jira_cloud_for_sheets/1065669263016

It works very well even with a large number of issues. Once you have added this connector to Google Sheet then you can simply connect to your Cloud instance, give a JQL Query or project list, and get all the data.

You will get exactly the same fields than within Jira, there's no limit here.
