Is it expected behaviour for the Request Type to not pull through?

Jack Nicholls March 12, 2024

Hi all,

We're trying to configure a few automations for our team managed projects and whilst doing so, we've noticed that the Request Type field isn't pulling through to the issue as a standard field. Just wanted to check if this is expected and if so, can we workaround this by adding the field a different way?

Thanks!

Hi Jack,

Apologies if I'm stating the obvious.

On the form / Issue View needs to be shown, such as:

request type.png

And in the automation you would need to set the Request Type like:

request type 2.png

Hope that helps

Regards

Mark
