My team recently got JSM for the hep desk product we want whenever a ticket gets submitted through the porta an alarm get triggered and will assign the ticket to the oncall engineer and Add in the responders field a Team.
now assigning the ticket was easy using automation, but cannot see to set the responders field.
now as the tittle of this discussion stays.
is the Syncs option the same as Opsgenie?..
Cuz I see with Opsgenie what we want to achieve its doable...
