We have a customer who wants us to integrate our Jira IT Service Management project with theirs. The idea being that they are able to raise tickets directly with us from their jira instance, and it then creates a ticket in our instance, with comments being passed back and forth. Is this possible to do? We would need to be mindful that they only had access to log tickets, as we do not want them seeing our other ticket information or data we hold for other customers.

To do this you'll need to be a Jira Admin on both instance
