Hello everyone, could someone tell me where to access this section of JIRA Servidesk, to edit it? Thank you very much!

The report arrives by email

Hi @David Martínez López

It would be great if we could have the complete email, in order to understand what kind of notification that is, because there are two:

  • Customers' notifications
    • Go to project > project settings
    • Customers' notifications
    • Find the appropriate notification and click edit
    • You may want to click to edit the template as well
  • Internal Notifications
    • In cloud you can't edit them
  • There can be also the chance of the email that you receive if from a post function. In that case
    • Go to cog wheel > issues
    • Workflows
    • Find the workflow of your issue and edit it
    • Locate the transition before which you possibly receive this email and click it
    • Edit the transition and go to post functions
    • See if there is any post function which sends out an email
    • Edit it, if any and after finishing, publish your workflow
  • Finally there might be a Jira Automation
    • Go to project > project settings
    • Automation > Locate any rule which may send an email
    • Edit rule and edit the email body
    • Save rule

Let me know if that worked out for you!

Thanks @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ ! The message arrives directly from no-reply (like all system notifications) I think this notification is generated from one of the monitoring options of the system, in which possible errors are reported .. but I can not see which is ...
