Insight - external import stopped working

Hi all

We had prepared an external import into the insight which was working well, but 25.7.2022 it stopped to import anything.

  • 25. 7. 2022 18:42 latest successfull import
  • Since 25. 7. 2022 18:42 we have all imports success, but number of records added or edited are 0.

Import is running exactly by: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/insight/imports/workflow/ 

At last I tried to delete our mapping and create a new mapping with data using this guide for: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/insight/imports/schema-and-mapping/ 

but it still doesn't work even by guide. Guide has been updated Nov 22, 2021 so it should be updated or some bug in jira fixed. I can see 25.7 there was some jira cloud upgrade (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2022/07/atlassian-cloud-changes-jul-18-to-jul-25-2022 )...


Can somebody help?
