I have imported one CSV file (basically VMware export).

Now I have deleted some VMs from VMware.

Now again I exported data from from VMware and imported in Jira Service Management.

Old (or deleted) entries are still there in Jira which is good.  However can we mark to VMs as "Deleted" which are not exist in import file ?

Thanks

M Saeed Shaikh

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

First question has to be "what are you actually importing?"  What data is in the CSVs?  And what are you expecting the second export/import to do?

Got the answer. I need to to add settings in Object Type Mapping while configuring Object field.
