Hello,
Currently our jira servicedesk is listed as https://Var.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/, however when we direct customers to it, it shows up as https://Var.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4. I have two questions, is there a way to eliminate the trailing "4", also, if I change the Var part of the URL, will there be impacts? Such as webhooks for opsgenie?
Thanks,
James
No, you can't get rid of the number in the url, JSM needs it to provide a unique url for each portal.
See https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Changing-your-Cloud-site-name-url/ba-p/1905210 for discussion of changing the "var" part of your site name.
