Images not loading on Support Portal

We are having an issue with images from our (Confluence) blog posts not always appearing in our JSM online support portal for our customers.  When logged in as one of the team I can open up the portal and see the blog post with all it's accompanying images perfectly. However, we have received reports from customers that they cannot see all of the pictures throughout the blogs.  To test this I invited my personal e-mail address to log in to our online support portal and hopped on to a private browsing window to see what the customers see and it's true, only certain images appear. 

To make this even more curious, I started a new "Test" blog post and used some of the images that were appearing correctly and none of the images appear in this new test blog, it's just little clips of images where the pictures should appear.  I have tried saving the pictures and uploading from the computer, screenshots and straight copy/paste, varying sizes, none appear, despite appearing in other posts on the same page.

Any ideas out there as to why some images work sometimes in our blog posts and then fail the next time despite being the same image?

This is strange behaviour for sure. I would contact directly Atlassian and raise a support request.
