Is there a way to identify which automation updated a ticket? We have lots of automation and there is one keeps updating tickets incorrectly, likely due to copy and paste error. The history table only show it got updated but doesn't mention by which automation.
Or is there a way to search search the automation rule's content?

If you go into the issue you should see the Actions section on the right-hand under More fields, from here you should see automations that triggered on the issue.
Thank you, Mikael. I am able to find all the automation triggered on the issue. It's weird that none of them is relevant and a field is still being magically set.
