Hi!!
I would like to know why my ITSM board can't show filters options like below
I know what you mean.
But on the other itsm board, I can directly see the filter like the picture below
I'm not sure, because this service project doesn't created by me.
How can I see if it's a team-managed service project or not?

Hi @Abby Chang , a Board is different from the Issue Navigator and doesn't have the same UI.
On an agile board, you cannot switch between List View and Detail View for example.
You can however configure a Kanban board and add either Quick Filters or a Sub Filter.
Can you share a screenshot of what you call your "ITSM board"?

ITSM service projects either work with queues or dashboards which have different functionality. The UI is different from the Issue Navigator or an agile Board so filters are displayed differently. I suggest to read through the documentation.
On the other hand: What are you trying to visualise or achieve with those filters?

I would like to use these filters to fliters my queues,
such as Assignee/status/key/created/tag

You can sort columns in your created queue, but you cannot filter in your queue.
In that case, you would need to create extra queues with different filters.
