I want to modify the body of the Email in the Email notification

Hi,

I want to modify the body of the Email in the Email notification.

I have created a notification for Approval email but if i receive the same i can see the below mail.

But i want to see some request details in the email is this possible in Jira .

If yes, how it is going to possible please help me out on the same.

like as mentioned in the below screenshot.

Details should be there in the email so that user will know what is this request for

In JSM, you can update the notification template "Approval Required" via each project's Project settings >> Customer notifications UI and select the specific event.  

In the "Approval Required" event, you can add additional variables to the email body.

If you need to add content to the email which JSM doesn't yet support, we support custom JSM notifications, including approvals in Notification Assistant for Jira

Currently, you cannot add custom fields to the JSM built-in notifications. You can vote for and follow the request here:

Alternatively, you can create a notification using Automation For Jira.
