I want automation that emails me about a ticket that is unassigned from last 2 hours to created time

Hi,

 

In Jira Service management/Help Desk, I want automation that emails me about a ticket that is unassigned from the last 2 hours with respect to created time.

Is there any option available or any walkaround?

Hi @Arpit Tambi 

You can create a filter like for example

assignee is empty and created < -2h
  1.  Next, go to "Filters" (top menu navigation)
  2. "View all filters"
  3. Select the 3 dots on the filter you created
  4. Manage Subscriptions
  5. Add subscription

By adding a subscription, you can tell Jira to send you an email with the result of the filter every for a specific frequency. If the filter returns no issue, you will not get a mail.
