I paid for the standard version yesterday and got an invoice confirming but my account still says free and I don't have access to the standard version.

Many times Atlassian will leave it in the Free status until the trial is over with. If you have paid and they have not moved you immediately, support might need to get involved. See if you can open a support ticket with Atlassian.

Okay, so that verifies that it is still in a Free plan state. Let me see if someone from Atlassian can come take a look.

If you go to admin.atlassian.com under Billing. Does the product show as Standard?
Click on manage next to Jira and then move from Free to Standard.
Any changes?

It shows the plan as "Free" but when I click on the "Change Plan" it won't let me choose anything, it says "Standard plan is currently unavailable on your termed annual subscription".
