Customers from other Slack workspaces are invited to this section. My Atlassian Assist is integrated into the channel. In this channel, users of my Slack workspace can create tickets using the "ticket" emoji and using the "/assist" or "/create ticket" command. And users of other workspaces can only create tickets using the "ticket" emoji. The question is how to set up Slack so that users of other workspaces can create tickets in this ticket channel also using commands.
