I have one user in our domain that is not receiving emails when their Jira ticket (created via email) changes status, is closed, or when a comment is left. They can view the ticket via the Service portal though.

Might be something unrelated and a long shot, but always worth ruling out if you haven't already - within the service portal, have they accidentally turned off the "notifications" by chance?
Hey Michael, I can confirm that notifications are turned on. I remember seeing on a post here that someone had a similar issue where the reporters email was put on a list blocking it from communications. I wonder if that is the issue here as this users Gsuite account was shut down for a period of time while they were on leave.
