I cannot get a custom field value in my automation rule.

I'm trying to create an automation rule when a ticket is approved the ticket must be commented and ask the approvers a number.

The approvers only see the ticket by the portal, thay don't have JSM license.

I've tried creating the variable with the custom field named "NS Approver(s)" is a user picker (multiple users) that has a value (the name of 2 users) and then use that variable and didn't work, I've tried directly with:

{{issue.NS Approver(s)}}

{{issue.NS Approver(s).value}}

{{issue.NS Approver(s).displayName}}

In all cases the name don't appear.

Can you help me to solve this? Thanks
