I cannot access my project

I have been trying to login and try to open my jira, but it is continusoly refreshing and not able to give me access to my project. This is happened to all of my team mates.

I have just quickly checked https://status.atlassian.com/ (which is always a good thing to do when you experience strange behaviour), but there is currently no sign of a wider incident.

A couple of things you could try, is:

• try to open your site in an incognito window of your browser;
• try to open the site in a different browser;
• clear your browser cookies / history

If that doesn't help and the problem still persists, reach out directly to Atlassian Support and log a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/   (if you are on a paid plan).
