I can't add jira service management to my existing free jira subscription

I can't add jira service management to my existing free jira subscription. I would like to try it so I choose the 'Try it' button, I selected my existing site and I got this error message:

"We couldn't add Jira Service Management

An issue prevented Jira Service Management from being added to this site."

What should be the problem?

I'm having the same issue.
