How we will manage different types of Change Requests(Normal, Standard, Emergency) in JSM.
Please suggest us the best solution for the same.

Normally on the default Change issue type there should be a field "Change Type"
to categorise your changes.
How you handle those further with your workflow/escalations/... depends on what process you use for these types

Can you also suggest me if possible how we can manage multiple workflows in single CR because if i can select Change Type as Normal then it has show the Normal change fields and it has execute the Normal Change workflow.
2. If i Select Change Type as Emergency then it has to show the Emergency change fields and workflow
3. If i select Change Type as Standard then it has to show the Standard change fields and workflow.
As per the type it has to change will it possible in JSM if yes please suggest me how to do the same.
