How to use the API - Automation rules and team alerts

Given that for a team I have "activated" the API as integration:

Can I use in the JSM automation rules the "send web request" action to trigger the above mentioned API and create / close an alert?

Based on the screenshots I posted above:

• API for the team is enabled ok?
• I am in the right automation dialogue?

Regarding the automation dialogue:

• What is the web request URL to reach the API for the team?
• What HTTP method you would recommend?
• Where would I need to place i.e. the API key?
