How to tell what version we are running on for JSM Cloud? And what functionality we get?

In our production environment I regularly see functionality magically appear and then dissapear weeks later. I have no idea why they come and where they go.

Some I know are things like "Record via Loom" button appeared at one instance, or "create comment at a previous date/time" which worries me from a governance perspective or "AI features" available a while ago and then gone again.

Interestingly I'm seeing these pop up in our production environment before our sandbox, which you'd imagine should be the other way around.

Hi @Calvin , there is no means of being able to see what version you're on in the cloud. Indeed cloud by its very nature being a SAS application regularly gets updates. If you are on premium tier you have more control over this rollout if you desire. I recommend subscribing to the release update, blogs to stay abreast of what is coming and what has rolled out recently. You can do this by clicking on the ? icon and selecting "find out what's changed in Jira" option.
