Is there a way to contact individual users through Jira Service Desk?
For context, currently we get issues reported on behalf of users and we're asked to email them. Is there a way to do this through the Service Desk so that other team members can view responses? Currently we manage this by emailing the user directly and I'm sure there's a better way to do it.
