How to set a customer portal in Spanish while keeping the rest of portals on the site in English?

Hi!

One of our partners needs a portal to be built in Spanish only. Our Jira Site with different portals is in English, all the portals should stay in English and only one new portal should be in Spanish. Is it possible?

Currently I am not succeeding in translating the portal for a specific partner to Spanish.

  1. From your service project, go to Project settings Language support.

  2. Select the language of your choice from the list.

  3. I see some translations of the things which are originally in English (lines of translations in the Language support)

  4. Select Save.

Hi @Vera Valshonok

This can't be done, unless you set the global setting to Spanish.

Translations can achieve in some options, but not in all.

But Jira is langue responsive, so if the users using the portal have their locale settings on their laptops on Spanish the portal should show in
Spanish

When I added Spanish language to the project + changed browser to Spanish language as default  and created a testing gmail account, it worked. Thanks a lot for explanation!
