How to send Email notification to Object Owner in Asset management

Hi, 

Let's take Ex:-

• User Name: Test user1
• License Name: Git.
• License Owner: Test User3

I have setup asset management in Organizational Level. Sync user and assets information from Azure and Intunes. 

We have "Licenses" ObjectType and License Name is Git. 

This license is assigned to User (test user 1) and license owner is Test User3. 

License is assigned from Licenses object and license owner details from users object. 

If user is left from organization then user Account status is turn to False (Like Account Enabled = False).

My Question: If user account turn to False then how to send the email notification to License Owner.

I think I know what you are looking for.

The user object of the  license owner (Test3) needs to have an attribute for their jira account, otherwise the automation would not know where to send the email.

What have you used to sync Azure AD to Assets? Any of the pio importer addons?

Yes, I'm using pio importer addons

License Owner (Test 3) has a account in Users Object. Please refer second screenshot.

I can't see a Jira user attribute on your object on the second screenshot.
