How to restrict Assignee field drop down agents based on the Organization?

Hello Team,

We have Assign Group -L1 Help Desk. A and B are agents in it. In the Assignee field drop down both the A and B agents are shown.

When group is L1 Help Desk and Organization is CITI then Assignee should be only A in the Assignee field drop down.

When group is L1 Help Desk and Organization is HDFC then Assignee should be only B in the Assignee field drop down.

This is what we are trying to achieve. Unfortunately both names are showing in the Assignee field drop down although they are not part of the each other organizations.

Any Suggestions will be helpful.

We cannot restrict the assignee and your requirement can be achieved using the automation rule - 

1. Trigger - issue created

2. Condition - choose the appropriate group and organization.

3. Action - Assign issue to respective assignee
