How to remove service management instant?

We just shifted to Jira and we only planning to purchase Jira Software & Confluence. The billing option shows  Jira Service Management (new) and we can't remove it. We follow this option but it still shows the amount : 

Jira Settings > Billing
Select Manage Subscriptions from the left-hand menu
On the service management box, select the 3-dots icon > Delete

What can do?

Just to confirm, you've already deleted the Jira Service Management product?

To check outside of billing:

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Choose Products from the top navigation bar
3. See if Jira Service Management is still an installed product

If it is, I'd double-check it has been deleted (using a slightly different method):

1. Go to Billing on the top navigation bar
2. Select the "Manage" hyperlink in line with Jira Service Management
3. On the next screen, locate Jira Service Management
4. Select the breadcrumbs (...) in the lower-right corner of that product's box, next to the "Manage Users" button
5. Choose delete from here, and follow the steps

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

To remove the the subscription of JSM follow the steps below.

• Go to "Atlassian Admin" in your Jira instance
• Go to "Manage subscriptions"
• Click on ellipsis.
• Click on "Delete" in the next screen
• Type "DELETE" and press Enter in your keyboard

Note: You need to have Org Admin or Site Admin permission in order to delete or cancel the subcription.
