We just shifted to Jira and we only planning to purchase Jira Software & Confluence. The billing option shows Jira Service Management (new) and we can't remove it. We follow this option but it still shows the amount :
Jira Settings > Billing
Select Manage Subscriptions from the left-hand menu
On the service management box, select the 3-dots icon > Delete
What can do?
Just to confirm, you've already deleted the Jira Service Management product?
To check outside of billing:
If it is, I'd double-check it has been deleted (using a slightly different method):

To remove the the subscription of JSM follow the steps below.
Note: You need to have Org Admin or Site Admin permission in order to delete or cancel the subcription.

The Service Management we don't understand why is imposed to people who want just Jira. It's hard to remove, the scope is unclear.
