We have an old project that I am needing to remove when a user is selecting an issue to submit to our backlog.
I don't want to delete the project, but I just want to remove the option from being available on the page where users select where they're having a problem.
When a user logs a ticket within JIRA, we direct them to a page where they can select 5 options related to where they're having a problem (Salesforce requests, app dev, data requests, accounting and finance and Vitruvi). I am wanting to remove one of these selections from being available on this intake form.
When searching how to do this though it doesn't seem like we have "Forms" setup since this is a common solution when looking online but I am not seeing that we have it within our environment.
I've attached a photo of the intake form we have, I am wanting to remove the last option on this page (Vitruvi).
Issue was that I was looking at the wrong project to modify. If I went to the project that all the intake tickets are logged to I was able to go into those settings and remove the "Vitruvi" project from the display there
On the right project within project settings > Portal settings > From here you can remove the portal groups that you'd like.
Also within the project settings > Request Types > Think I removed something related to the Vitruvi project here as well so it would no longer display on the intake form.

I tried the top 2 answers on this thread but I don't have "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access" within the "Browse Projects" Project Permissions. I only have:
- Project Role: atlassian-addons-project-access
-any logged in user
I removed both of these and it didn't remove it from the customer input screen.

maybe what can solve your issue is hiding the project in customer portal.
if you log into your portal, click on "Customize" on the right, you'll have the "Edith home page layout". from here, you can hide your project with the eye icon

Well I thought that would get me to the right place but for some reason I am only seeing 1 option that isn't even displayed on the page. You can see in the first screen shot I provided that there are 5 different options.
