How to make real names in list of PRs instead of "User" in Jira GitHub integration?
Hi! We are currently using the Jira to GitHub integration and have noticed an issue with the display of usernames in the list of pull requests (PRs) in Jira. Instead of showing actual names, all users are displayed as 'Users'.
In the past, when we used Bitbucket with Jira, the PR list displayed actual names as shown below:
We would like to know if there is a way to fix this issue and configure the Jira + GitHub integration to display real names instead of just usernames. Any guidance on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
