Hello everyone,
We are creating a forum for our private community of customers (using discourse solution) and we want to add a ticketing system using Jira Service Management.
The problem if I only "add a Jira button" is that customers will have to log in again in the Jira portal and I want a fluid experience for them.
So I have 2 questions :
- How could I do to log in automatically my customers in the ticketing space once they are log in on my forum ?
- I thought about the widget solution but I only want my customers to be able to use the ticket system and not everyone. And if I understood correctly in order to use the widget I need to allow anyone to send request from the portal.
Is there an email check I can do to assess the email of the person who submit a ticket is in my customer list (I would ask the email in the ticket submission form) ?
