How to limit search results in JIRA widget

Hi the JIRA widget on project settings does not have a option to limit the search results to say top 5 or top2 etc. Is there a way to have this configured for JIRA widget

Currently, Jira doesn't support this request. As an alternative you can use quick filters to apply the results that you want to be shown on your board. Also, you can create custom filters with the JQL query that suits your use cases the most.

Hi, i think i may have not conveyed the information correctly, what i wanted to confirm is this widget for Knowledge baseScreenshot 2024-07-25 at 10.41.32 AM.png

 

Is it possible to customize this widget to show say top 5 searched results, the JIRA API used by the widget behind the scene does get the firs 10 results  , but the widget is not configured to show all of them
