How to hide the Request types from the portal?

Hi Team,

I have one requirement, where the client doesn't want to see certain request types on the portal, only some they want to see. It's possible to hide the request types visibility on the portal If we use Extension for Jira add-on, but this will work as expected in Jira DC only not in Jira Cloud, so please suggest to me any addon which will work in Cloud also.

Hey @Kavya Janiwarad 

Just Uncheck the Request type from all the Portal groups

It will unhide the request type from Portal

Once you Uncheck, you can confirm this in the hidden from portal section

If we hide the request types from the portal, they will be hidden from all the users, but what I meant is certain request types should be hidden from clients but not from all the users.
