How to hide assignee name from the help center comments?

Hello!

 

How can we hide the names of those responsible for comments made when customers access the help center portal?

 

We would like a generic name to always appear, defined by us.

From what I can tell, there isn't a way to do that with current functionality.  I found JSDCLOUD-3308 on Atlassian's Jira Site.  Feel free to vote for and watch it for future updates.
