Hi,
I want to replicate the Service now interface in JSM. Is it possible to do in JSM
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
JSM projects each create a portal, which is not going to look the same as Service Now (deliberately, the portals are intended to be better for the customers than Service Now's UI).
To get a "how can we help" type thing in there, you can add a knowledge base and link it to the portal - Jira will search the Confluence articles before letting a customer move on to creating a request.
