How to get "affected services" field to show up in Atlassian Assist bot in Slack

We are using Atlassian Assist to integrate our JSM with Slack. 

 

We note we can put in some fields that will show when users raise requests in Slack. But the "Affected Services" doesn't - this is a fairly vital one I would think - even to allow the triage team to add later.

Currently, some system fields are not supported when using Atlassian Assist to create tickets, and the Affected Services field is one of them.

However, we have a feature request suggesting this ability, as we can see below:
