How to export all ticket in JSM to analyze on another application?

Dear all,

 

I'm checking on the report section on JSM and noticed all bundle report is shown as summary data, SLA and etc. However, if I want to show all the data in the report to show what is all tickets detailed, all status, assignee and etc. 

 

Where I can see this detail? I'm trying to add a customize report but it looks like is no option to do that.

Depending on the target format, one possible way to achieve this is by collecting your JSM tickets in the Issue Navigator and export them to PDF with Better PDF Exporter. You can get a list of your issues like this:

If you are looking for exporting option specifically for analytics and Excel would suffice, then the upcoming Better Excel Exporter for Jira Cloud will provide the option to just export to Excel or use one of the built-in report templates and create Jira Service Management reports like this time to resolution report:
