Incident Request type has drop down lists for Operational and Product Categorizations.
How/where can you edit the contents of the drop down?
I found this topic from 2017, but am unable to see the options they mention
Welcome to the Community.
If you have site admin right, you can update the dropdown list by access Jira Administration > Issues
In the Administration UI, click on "Custom Fields" option. Locate the field and click on Clog wheel symbol and select "Configure". From there you will be able to manage the dropdown listing content.
