How to create reports for how many ticket were opened closed per month automaticly?

Hi, dear community!

Is there a possibility to set an automatic tracking of reports for how many ticket were opened closed per month. For now I've been able to set filters which show  the last 30 days, but not an exact month ( from first day of the month to the last one). I know that i can set dates in a filter, but is it possible to automize it not to update the filter every month change month?

Hi @Vera Valshonok,

Take a look over the Jira's native gadget Filter Counts. With the appropriate JQLs you could display the counts for previous month and current month, for example.

If you need something more advanced, my advice is to look for a plugin on Atlassian Marketplace that offers a report of gadget that is capable to calculate these numbers.

If you decide to use plugin, our Great Gadgets app has some gadgets that can display this info for you, automatically.

For example, by using its Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget, you can display these numbers for current and /or previous month.

Also, by using its Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget you can display these counts for all the time or past months, eventually split by various criteria such as Project, Team or Type.
