How to create report user assigned tickets to another but not resolved it

How to create JQL report when you need to know how many tickets user has assigned to another Jira user and did  not resolved the ticket him/her self.

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately it is not possible without some customization.  One option my mind is that you  may want to consider -

Create a custom field (Single user picker data type) and create an automation rule to populate the field when Assignee field value changed trigger.  Then you can use JQL to pull all issues where the custom field is not NULL and incorporate your criteria of issue not resolved.

This is not ideal, but you may want to give it a try.

Hi @Mika Einto 

You can't do this natively.

Can I confirm though - you're looking for how many issues...

  • Are open
  • Were assigned to a different user than the assigner
  • And weren't open when assigned

...?
