How to create canned responses in tickets

Hello,

I used to create canned responses in JIra Server Service Desk but now I manage a cloud project and I cannot see how to do it.

This feature is not currently available in cloud like it is in server. I believe that there is only one app that provides this in Cloud at this time.   https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211016/canned-responses-pro-templates-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview  

Atlassian does have a feature request for this and it looks like it will be coming out next fiscal year.  This is something to consider if you purchase the app.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-631
