I have a requirements where I need to linked multiple email address to single Jira SM project.
I had a look at the link below but it seems it is not working for me.
What I basically have is client1support@mydomain.com (shared mailbox) support@mydomain.com (user mailbox) I have linked my support to Jira SM as I believe it does not support shared mailbox and needs to be user mailbox for me to linked it to my email channel.
I have set auto forwarding from client1support to support and I can confirm that the emails are being forwarded. However, I only get ticket generate if I email support and not if I email client1support mailbox.
Hopes someone could assist me on this.
