How to connect to microsoft teams through jira

I'm unable to connect/launch to Microsoft teams through jira even though I have Microsoft teams already installed on my device.  The .exe file  for teams not working.

Hi @Girijya Waldode , thanks for your question.

I have understood you re trying to add JSM to your MS Teams.

For me, if I go from the Channels section, like this, and click on Chat

Then here, I choose Teams

Which then tries to open Teams to install Halp. Here, I clicked on 'Apri' / 'Open' in English, instead of downloading Teams again. Are you saying you don't have this option? Is Teams open and running when you try to do this?

Then, from inside Teams, I have this message.  Here, you need to have enough permission on your PC to add things to Teams, which might also be an issue -

Once this part is done, you can go back into JSM and finish the configuration there.

Please can you try again, opening Teams if you get that option and give us your feedback? Then either I or someone else will try to help.
