How to attach an image when resolve a ticket.

Good afternoon,

We need help with our Service Management project. We are trying to attach images when move our issues to a "Complete" status, but we can't find the way to do that on the pop-up form.

How could we upload images withing the text when we complete issues?

Hi Alvaro,

Add the Attachment field to your transition screen and see if that solves it.
