Hi,
I'm new to Jira and actually filling our service project with content by forwarding mails into it.
I've found, that it's possible to assign multiple tickets to a person, but I do not find a possibility to assign these tickets to one organization at once.
Is there a possibility or do I have to open each ticket and to choose the organization manually?

As far as I know, there is currently no option to assign multiple JSM tickets to an organization with a single click.
However, as JSM tickets are regular Jira issues, you can use issue search and bulk edit to modify the organization of several tickets at once. This page describes it in more detail.
