How to allow anonymous ticket in widget

How can I allow a user to submit a request without inputting their email? I do NOT want them to be able to identify themselves.

Hi @Matt Bennett

First set a dummy user in your instance like "n/a@gmail.com"

Then try using a workflow post-function field update where you set the reporter to a n/a at creation.

Not sure why you would need this, but this should work.

Atlassian is not HIPAA compliant to my knowledge. Email is PHI in this scenario.
