Welcome to the community.  Can you clarify what do you mean by "add enter"?  I am assuming that you already added description for each of your request type, and you found this is not sufficient.  Right?

You may want to populate "Introduction text" located in Project settings >> Portal settings.  I am sure it support mult-line text -

This may works for you if the instructions are common for each request type.

Once I understand your "add enter" means, then I may be able to further assist.

Hope this helps.

I want to put multi lines.

It looks like you are referring "Help and instructions" section associated to each of your request form.  If so, then you can end each line with \\ characters.

Example -

The actual value in the section is -

Use this form to report an issue or provide feedback on the Hiring Portal. If you need to *open a requisition* go to [https://viasat.avature.net/hiring].\\ A text \\ B text\\ C text\\

Hope this helps.
