How to add a quick filter for Epic by default

Hi

before, whenever I copid the default board, then edit the board to make it for the new project, it will have a quick filter for Epics by default 

Please see this image 

however, when I followed the same steps for the project I creatd yesterday, it did not appear 

I even deleted the project, and recrated the project again but this time I followd the steps by looking and the guide ( not from my memories like the first try ) and still did not work

can you please help

Are both projects of the same type? Meaning is one Team-managed and the other Company-managed? If they are both the same type - which type are they?
