I am aware of the ways to use automation or notification rules to send a separate notification to a specific email address when a comment is added, but our use case calls for a BCC on an outbound email so that the BCC'd system can log the communication against the entity in the TO: field.
Automation ALMOST accomplishes this, but the From address on the email is from "email@example.com" and we want the recipient to be able to reply to the issue.
Is there a way to add a BCC to the outbound email or a way to change the from email address in the JIRA automation section?
