How to add Assignee?

I want tot add additional Assignee to handle support services, do we additional license for that?

Hello @MICHAEL T SORIANO ,

Are you wanting to assign an issue to multiple assignees? If so, thats not possible. Best approach would be to break that task up into multiple tasks and then assign as needed.
