How to JSON import hyperlinks

Hi

Here is a sample i use a photo for if i insert text here it will get converted.

hyperlink.jpg

basically i have a json line with "description": with a n a href= hyperlink in it, and while importing it it does not get converted to an actually clickable hyperlink. i het the code adding a link to a ticket and exporting it to xml. what is the correct way if there is to import json with hyperlinked words in it?

what i see after importing it, is this:

hyperlink-wrong.jpg

ultimately what we're trying to achieve here is a file:// that points to a folder on the network share containing the old system's ticket attachments that we couldn't export/import properly (i'll use something like " file : / / network path / spiceworks / old-ticketnr / " but that's formality i can figure out after finding out how to import "a href"

thanks

btw it'd be a very helpful feature if one could export a ticket / tickets in json format.

Hi Gabe,

Thanks for posting this query.

We need to replicate this behavior and consult with our developers to determine if the description field supports HTML hyperlinks. I’ve created a ticket for you, and our experts will reach out shortly to assist you effectively. You’ll receive the ticket details soon over the email.

Thanks for your cooperation, have a great day ahead.

Regards,

Anusha A
